Why did my tier progress go down?
Your tier is based on what you’ve spent in the last 12 months. When a purchase becomes more than a year old, it stops counting, which can cause your progress to go down.
Why did my tier progress go up?
Your progress goes up when you make a new purchase. New spending is added right away to your last-12-months total.
Can my tier go up and down?
Yes. Because your tier is based on a rolling 12-month period, it can increase with new visits or decrease when older visits drop off.
Is something wrong if my number changes?
No. Your tier always reflects your most recent activity, and changes are expected.
In-app Orders
You will automatically receive points after every in-app order! (must be logged into your account; points will appear 24 hours after purchase)
In-store Orders
A team member will scan your app at the register! (must be logged into your account; points will appear 24 hours after purchase)
Points are credited to your account after 24 hours
